Operation Christmas Child is a project that churches and others all over the World participate in and is directed by the organization Samaritan's Purse. The goal of the project is to make Christmas special for as many children as possible by providing children all over the World with a shoebox full of Christmas gifts selected specifically for their age and gender. These shoeboxes can be the printed boxes that we provide in our  church office and on Sunday mornings at our OCC tables or any other shoebox sized box you already have, including plastic shoeboxes! Once you have your box, go shopping to pick out toys and hygiene items that would be appropriate for the specific age and gender you have selected.
